YEAR AROUND VACATIONING RETREAT

IN HEART OF TEXAS HILL COUNTRY...

* ONE FULLY EQUIPPED PRIVATE CABIN, overlooks SAN SABA RIVER(Photo) at LOST CREEK-near VOCA,TX-just 15 MINUTES FROM BRADY & MASON, 30 MINUTES FROM LLANO, 1 HOUR NORTH OF FREDERICKSBURG.

* MINUTES TO ANTIQUE SHOPPING & BLUEBONNET TRAILS(Photo). Be sure to bring your camera! Don't miss the changing seasons at San Saba Oaks! ENJOY a Bluebonnet Spring at the CABIN!

* THE CABIN provides all the amenities of home, including a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with COFFEE , TEA , and  HOT CHOCOLATE provided for your enjoyment. ALL LINENS and TOWELS are provided.  This Country retreat, decorated with quilts, birdhouses, and antiques will sleep four comfortably.

* Relax on the SCREENED PORCH any time of the year! Breakfast on the PORCH is a great way to start your day!

* The Cabin has AIR CONDITIONING IN SUMMER and a COZY WOOD STOVE IN WINTER.  FIREWOOD is furnished. 

* Spend your days BIRD WATCHING from the screened porch. Enjoy the hummingbirds and several RARE BIRDS that are residents on the river every summer.  Fishing for BASS & CATFISH (Photo) from one of two FISHING DECKS on the RIVER (Photo) makes one feel a little like Tom Sawyer or Huck Finn.

* ENJOY PEACE & QUIET at the Cabin.  Due to the dense oak grove and river elevation, SOME CELL PHONES OR PAGERS will not work while inside the CABIN, but reception is available nearby.   There is a VCR and MOVIE COLLECTION for your enjoyment.

RATES

* RATES: $95/NIGHT FOR 2 ADULTS , $15/EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT who stays in the Cabin.  (up to 4 ADULTS). Charge will be $25.00 )per person over 4 ADULTS. (MAXIMUM OF 6 ADULTS)  CHILDREN (under 16) STAY FREE. For stays of 5 or more nights, DISCOUNTED WEEKLY RATES ARE AVAILABLE.

*  BY RESERVATION ONLY.  First night's DEPOSIT is required to make a reservation. Two-days minimum stay is required on WEEKENDS.   Deposit will be refunded if given 5 days notice for cancellations AND the Cabin is re-rented.  Your deposit will be refunded WHEN the Cabin is re-rented for your reservation.  For cancellations on HOLIDAYS or HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, Guests are responsible for the full amount of their reservation, unless they give at least 5 days notice. Deposits for HOLIDAYS with 5 days notice will be refunded IF the Cabin is re-rented. CALL 325 -239-5550  

* PAYMENT - A CREDIT CARD is required to guarantee a reservation. First night's deposit is required to make a reservation. Balance of payment can be made by check, cash, VISA or MASTERCARD when you check in.

CHECK IN: AFTER 3:00 PM.  Check in at the Log Home on the Hill and get directions to the Cabin.
CHECK OUT:  NOON

DAY HUNTING PACKAGES

* DEER  HUNTING  (photo) $200 PER DAY. PACKAGES AVAILABLE- $900.00 (INCLUDES 2 HUNTERS MINIMUM/2 DAYS of HUNTING/2 NIGHTS in the CABIN). Reservations MUST be made for a minimum of 2 DAYS HUNTING ON WEEKENDS.    NO KILL FEES.  PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE TURKEY HUNTING.

HUNT FROM BOX BLINDS AND 2 FEEDERS WHERE DEER ARE FED ALL YEAR LONG.  DEER CORN  IS FURNISHED.

ONE DAY HUNTS (without package) will be on weekdays ONLY, $95/night to stay in the Cabin and  $200 per hunter/per day to hunt.   NO KILL FEES.  This includes fishing rights on the San Saba River.   HUNTS DO NOT INCLUDE TURKEY HUNTING.

Deposit is required to reserve a Hunt.  Deposit is not refunded in case of cancellations unless the Hunt is rebooked.  A Credit Card is required to make a reservation. Click for Ranch Photos.

OPENING WEEKEND, NOVEMBER, 2008 - BOOKED  Special Rate for Opening Weekend.  $1500.00  This rate includes 2 HUNTERS and 2 DAYS OF HUNTING and 2 nights in the Cabin.  No Kill Fees and INCLUDES Turkey Hunting, as well as fishing rights on the San Saba River.  Each Hunter may kill 2 deer, a BUCK and DOE or 2 BUCKS.  We give a hunter's DISCOUNT for additional nights in the Cabin.   CALL FOR DETAILS.
