Osiyo,
I've
counted and I still have all 10 fingers, so the 4th
of July weekend wasn't too rough. We do hope you have
come out as safe as we have. I know we promised you
a Holiday Site last week, but several unforseen events
have postponed that launch.
But,
there is some good news. The Phoenix is on the site,
and one story in particular, will show you what you've
all been waiting for, the Official Cherokee National
Holiday Design.
So,
for the Phoenix: http://www.cherokee.org/Phoenix/2005/Phoenix.asp?Name=Jul2005&Section=News
To
go to the story with the design: http://www.cherokee.org/Phoenix/2005/PhoenixPage.asp?ID=1680
The Tribal Council will meet this Monday evening at
the W.W. Keeler Complex. The meeting starts at 6 PM
CST, we'd love to see you there! For those that can't
make it, we'll be putting our careers, potential,
and possibly our lives on the line to bring the Meeting
to you via our website. (50 points to the person who
can tell me what movie I stole this from)
Use the link below to go to the Live Events page,
on Monday evening, approximately 5:50 PM CST, a link
will appear for you to watch the broadcast.

And
last, but definitely not least. We wish a VERY HAPPY
BIRTHDAY to our boss, the Webmaster. I can't tell
you how old she is this year (I lost count a LONG
time ago), but I can tell you this...
She's one year older than she was yesterday.... So,
please, help us wish her a happy birthday. You can
find the Webmaster's email address in this newsletter.
Have
a great week, we'll try to have the Holiday Site up
next week. In the mean time, please stay safe!
